Jeremy Levy specializes in all areas of employment litigation in the state of California.  Prior to founding Levy Labor Law, Jeremy Levy was the Lead Trial Counsel for Abramson Labor Group, where he recovered multiple millions for his clients.  Mr. Levy started his legal career as an associate at Tobin Lucks, LLP specializing in employment defense, workers’ compensation, and subrogation.  He attended law school at Pepperdine University where he took part in their inaugural Accelerated Option 2-Year Law Program, earning both a J.D. and Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the Strauss Institute.  In law school Mr. Levy was published in the Journal of Business, Entrepreneurship and the Law and received multiple CALI awards. 

 

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Levy worked as a writer in the entertainment industry where he wrote and developed projects for Fox TV Studios, SYFY, and Katalyst Films, and earned a Master’s Degree from the California Institute of the Arts, and a Bachelors from UC Santa Barbara.
